2. What data we collect
Orders: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order contents, and payment method (currently cash on delivery). We do not collect card numbers on this website.
Consultation / contact form: name, phone, email (optional), project type, and your message.
Data requests (access, correction, erasure): name, email, request type, optional order number, and message.
Technical data needed to run the shop: cart session token and addresses you enter during checkout, stored in your browser so the order flow works.
If you accept analytics cookies: approximate usage data via Google Tag Manager / analytics tags configured in our container (pages viewed, events such as add-to-cart). This is not enabled until you consent.
3. Why we process data (purposes and legal bases)
Contract / steps before a contract: fulfilling orders (including cash-on-delivery delivery), communicating about your order, and responding to consultation requests you initiate.
Legal obligation: retaining invoice and accounting records where Bulgarian or EU law requires it.
Legitimate interests: securing the website (e.g. spam honeypots), improving the shop experience with strictly necessary storage, and defending legal claims.
Consent: optional analytics/measurement cookies and related tags. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing site data.
4. Who receives your data
WooCommerce / our hosting and shop backend — to store carts and orders.
Delivery partners — name, phone, and address needed to deliver COD orders.
Email providers — when we reply to you.
Analytics providers (only if you consent) — via Google Tag Manager.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
If a processor (for example a US-based analytics vendor after consent) processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision where applicable.
6. How long we keep data
Orders and related accounting data: kept for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax rules (typically up to 10 years for certain records), then deleted or anonymised where possible.
Consultation enquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing project or claim.
Browser storage for cart/checkout: until you clear it or complete/abandon the session as configured by the shop.
Consent preference: until you change or clear it.
Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the tools we enable after consent.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
You may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КПДЗ) in Bulgaria or another competent supervisory authority.

8. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly.
